I had the sweet pleasure of spending the afternoon with this adorable family!  Their sweet new baby girl and her big brother were so cooperative and fun to work with.  Thank you Brett and Christie for allowing me into your home to capture these precious memories.  Enjoy!

It’s been way too long and I am SO far behind in blogging but I thought I would just jump in and share a few quick images from an impromptu session I had with my daughter today.  I have been tending to two sick boys all day but in between taking temperatures, going to the doctor, wrapping in blankets and extra cuddles I took Sophia outside to enjoy a bit of sunshine in our front yard.  Today is one of those days that remind me why I LOVE living in the Pacific NW.  So much beauty to be enjoyed and the sunshine was divine today.  I hope you were able to get out and enjoy it!

Sophia is such a doll.  She loves wearing tutus and dresses and has opinions on what she wants to wear these days.  My boys never cared.  But she is my girl and she definitely has an opinion and I think it’s darling.  Today she wanted to wear her boots, a tutu, some leggings and a polka dotted shirt.  SO cute!

This image reminds me of a watercolor painting.  Dreamy.

Just as I was finishing up with Sophia, Greyson came home from school on the bus and I had to capture them together.  Warms my heart.

On my recent trip to Idaho I had the opportunity to photograph these two little love birds.  That beautiful young lady is my niece Jorden with her prince charming Tyler.  Don’t they make such a cute couple?!  Also, isn’t Jorden SO beautiful.?  She is a stunner!  They picked an awesome location which also happens to be where Tyler works.  LOVED it!  Thanks guys for trusting me with such special portraits.  Congratulations you two!  Enjoy!
